The Howard County Sheriff's Department reported the following activity:

Note – Official's with the Howard County Jail reported having 92 inmates at the time of this report.

•JESSEE CASTRUITO DELEON JR., 54, of 1705 Hwy 176, was arrested by Big Spring Police Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated 3rd or more offense.

• LUIS ALBERTO GARFIAS, 34, of 1309 Runnels, was arrested by HCSO, on warrants for not secured by safety belt and fail to maintain financial responsibility.

• AARON ANTHONY MARTINEZ, 22, of 603 Mcewan St., was arrested by BSPD on warrants for possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia and fail to appear.

• MARCELINO RAMIREZ JR., 39, of 9300 S. Service Rd., Coahoma, was arrested by BSPD on a parole violation/possession of a controlled substance.

• ERNESTO RODRIGUEZ, 47, of 4900 Salem, was arrested by BSPD on a warrant for assault family/ household member impede breathing.
