The goods and services requested must qualify for E-rate funding under the guidelines of the School and Libraries Division (SLD). Vendors submitting responses for the goods and services that qualify for Erate funding must be in full compliance with SLD requirements and follow all the policies and procedures set forth by the SLD for a service provider. The eligibility and purchases requested above are contingent upon funding from the E-rate program. The Big Spring Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
